Orders from Italy
By express courier our products will come directly to your home, can not be sent to mailboxes and / or mail shipments. At the arrival of the parcel, our customers are required to check the status of the parcel and the goods and the operation of the products. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24/48 hours of receipt, time extends by 1 or 2 days if delivery is to be carried out in remote areas or on islands. Our couriers need a telephone number from our customers to be able to contact them in case of difficulty. They also need an address where they can find the customer or a delegate to receive the goods when they are delivered during working hours. The freight forwarder is required to collect the amount of the order if it has not already been paid.
Orders from abroad
Orders made from EC territory or EC extracts must be paid in advance, in non-EU countries may incur charges (eg customs duties) that must be borne by the customer. Our site provides directions and explanations in Italian and English and we decline any responsibility for any misunderstandings arising from language misunderstandings. Again, customers are required to check the status of the packaging, the goods and its functionality. As a rule, shipments to EC territory take place within 48/72 hours after receipt of the order, while the expeditions in the EC territory will vary from 4 to 10 days. Delay in delivery and lack of availability of the goods
In exceptional cases there may be a delay in delivering the goods because the ordered product is not available, in this case the customer will be contacted immediately but we reserve the right to make partial deliveries in the case of orders containing more items than one unavailable, the customer will only receive the available products and will only pay those received.
Returns and replacements
Within 14 business days (beginning on the day of delivery of the merchandise), the customer can withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason but by emailing us or withdrawing it, although motivation can help us improve our services. To obtain a return authorization and to know the correct procedure, you must send the revocation notice by mail to our address firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case the shipping costs (delivery and return) will be charged by the customer.
We can not change the merchandise or provide the yield if:
- the tag was removed from the object
- The quality or condition was affected by the consumer (dirty, damaged items, etc.)

Damage to delivery
If the parcel should reach the damaged customer, we invite the customer to withdraw it with a “backup”. At this point, the customer will have to open the parcel and check the status of the goods, if it is damaged, he will be able to contact us by email by providing us with photos as well.
The prices at which our online products are sold are particularly advantageous and can not be applied to purchases made directly at our Florence stores.
